Im currently in the process of finding a new hosting provider for us. 1&1 have in the 5 years weve been with them become overpriced and under powered. Also their business practices are not in our interests. So you may see the site disappear and reappear over the coming couple of weeks. Ill keep you posted but hopefully it wont take too long while I test a few out before cancelling 1&1. The disappearances will be due to me changing the DNS of the site and changing it back as I play with the features of a few different hosts.

This weekend is a bank holiday portion in the UK and Id just like to wish everyone a good one. Don't forget the bank holiday portion sized trifle to eat whilst watching Smokey & The Bandit. A bank holiday must!

I really must start posting more personal stuff but as its so late and I have work tomorrow I just wanted to share with you that A Nightmare on Elm Street starts filming Monday which incidentally happens to be a bank holiday portion round these parts.

Last Thursday was a bit of a mixed bag of a day, finally after 4 weeks of waiting I was actually paid for the first 4 weeks of my consulting job, hence the intention to spoil ourselve, and the need for my very cute netbook so that I can attempt to manage the day job and the businesses simultaneously - which is no mean feat I can assure you!

I'm having a bit of a spoilt rotten gadgetry moment currently, having decided at long last what netbook to buy and purchasing the rather beautiful beast that is the Samsung NC10 my sensory pleasures have been increased yet further by the aquisition of a PS3 and it has to be said the machine is f*cking awesome!

Damn, it's been a while since I've contributed to this beautiful site, and since I've spent all of Easter Monday firmly glued to my couch and my Xbox (Half Life 2 in case you were wondering), I thought I'd break my duck and say hello. Hello.

Jackie Earle Haley, who played Rorshach in Watchmen has been officially announced as the new Freddy Krueger. Of all the people mentioned for the role so far I think he's the best choice but Im still unsure of how Ill take to him after all these years of watching Robert Englund. Sure I am biased but it's hard not to be after more than 25 years watching this character. Ill give it a completely open mind though and see what they come up with before I denounce it as trash.
